About the Department

Computer and information literacy has become embedded in multiple facets of everyday life. In order to facilitate each student’s ability to function within this structure, the use of computer applications and technology tools in real life scenarios must be included in the educational goals of a school. With this in mind, the focus of educational technology is as follows: students will conduct research, solve problems, improve learning, achieve goals, and produce products and presentations utilizing up-to-date programs and platforms in conjunction with standards in all content areas.
